Postage and packaging are charged on all orders unless otherwise stated.
The prices for all products are displayed on the website. If, however, an item is priced incorrectly or there will be a price change (depending on various factors), then the same will be updated almost immediately on the portal. We will inform you of the correct price before proceeding with the order.
All offers & discount codes are available from the time they are released and valid until the time specified in our newsletter or website and cannot be applied for orders purchased outside this period.
We will deliver the products/goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. The shared address must be accurate. We use the best and reputed courier to dispatch our products within a day or two, once we receive the order. All orders dispatched will require a signature on delivery.
We will aim to deliver the product by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Normally it takes 3-5 working days and sometimes, it is purely depending upon the place/location.

As a policy, you will not be able to cancel any order after it is placed on the Website but one can email us at alex@blackbeardcoffee.co.uk if there are changes in the delivery address or need to add more products.
If a buyer/user/client paid twice for one transaction or will raise a request for a double transaction for a single purchase then the payment for the one transaction will be refunded via the same source within 3 to 7 working days.
